My name is Jim and I am the owner of James Tackle. I would like to thank you for taking the time to get to
know me and my business. The web site is a hassle free way to buy your fishing gear, save money while your at it and still enjoy that special
"local tackle shop" flair. The most important thing to me is that you know I am here for you to help you with your fishing needs in any way
I can. When you call or email, you will be dealing directly with me and never a "phone jockey". I value each and every customer that I have
and I want to be sure that you are 110% satisfied with me, my products and my services. I will do anything I can to make sure that goal is
achieved.
Shopping for fishing tackle can be frustrating to say the least. Running from store to store, price checking, comparing makes and models, wondering if what you bought is the right thing… it's a hassle. Not when you deal with me.
There are so many products on the market today it can be very confusing to know what is good and
what isn't, what will work best for you given your budget, etc. One of my specialties is a knowledge of which products tremendously outperform
their price. There are many rods and reels that dollar for dollar will perform and hold up as well if not better than other models at twice
the price. I have tried to give personal descriptions for everything on the web site that I would recommend, but if you are not sure what
is right for you, please call or email me so I can help you. After all, it's never a bargain if you have to buy it twice. So if you need new
rods, reels, tackle, accessories or you're completely outfitting your new boat and you know what you need… enjoy your shopping at James Tackle.

Shipping Policy
*Email me at email@jamestackle.com with your location and what you are looking to purchase for shipping estimate.
*I do not take advantage of my customers by charging a flat rate based on the highest possible shipping amount like so many other sellers do.
*I charge exactly what it costs to ship the item to you and not a penny more. I have no "handling" fees.
*I will gladly combine shipping of like items. I will also combine shipping of eBay purchases with web site purchases.
*It does not cost any more to ship 10 rods than it does to ship 1 rod.
*Shipping for all rods over 5' (60") in length is determined by length, not weight.
*All packages in the continental US are shipped via UPS.
*All Hawaii, Alaska, Military and US territory packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
*Although usually much quicker, all items shipped to a continental US address are guaranteed to arrive within 10 business days. 100% of shipping fees will be refunded if late.

Return Policy
My #1 concern is your 110% satisfaction.
*James Tackle is here to help you. If you have any problem with any order, simply contact us and together we will solve the problem right away.
*All out of stock items will be put on backorder and shipped as soon as available unless otherwise instructed by customer.
*Merchandise damaged in transit will be replaced as soon as possible with no hassle to the buyer. James Tackle must be notified of damaged merchandise within 48 hours of receipt.
*Merchandise may be returned for credit or refund within 7 days of receipt for any reason but must be in new condition in original packaging.
James Tackle must be notified of return within 48 hours of receipt and RA# must accompany the package. James Tackle is not responsible for return
shipping costs unless wrong item was received or damaged in transit. All returns subject to a 20% re-stocking fee excluding incorrect merchandise
or damaged goods.
*Credit/Refund will not be given for any line spooling on a returned reel.
*Custom work and special orders are non-refundable.
*Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

*I combine shipping of like items
*I will ship via your choice of carriers. USPS is usually the least expensive, but does not offer any tracking.
*Every country has different maximum lengths for packages. If you are purchasing rods, visit usps.gov to make sure it is not oversize for your country. If the max. length is 79" I can ship you a max. of a 6'6" rod. Oversize packages must be shipped UPS.
*I cannot guarantee shipping times on any packages except those shipped via UPS. I guarantee all packages shipped via UPS to arrive within 10 business days (usually less).
